I’ve learned that the best events don’t just happen. They’re built. Working at two different career fairs allowed me to support opportunity from multiple angles: coordinating directly with vendors and crafting the messaging that brought students through the doors. Together, these roles deepened my understanding of how thoughtful planning turns into real-world impact.
Klein College Career Fair
For the Klein Career Fair, I focused on promoting the event through social media and building awareness among students leading up to the day. By creating content that highlighted participating companies, key event details, and reminders, the goal was to generate excitement and encourage students to attend prepared and confident.
What I learned
